Hiring the Terrace Room

Rowheath Pavilion's 100 year old Terrace Room is the perfect space for a party, wedding, event or wake. Boasting a fabulous grade 2 listed 1920s ballroom and stunning balcony with beautiful gardens, Rowheath Pavilion brings the English countryside to central Bournville. 

With the opportunity for self or external catering, entertainment and decoration, Rowheath Pavilion's Terrace Room can hold up to 150 people during winter months and 200 guests during summer time with private use of the terrace during your function. We have a fully licensed bar on site serving right into the room for your guests to enjoy.

About the hire

Our Terrace Room is accessible for all and is located right next to male, female and disabled toilets. You have access to the onsite kitchen included in your hire which grants you all counter space, use of our catering oven (trays not included), hot plates and a small fridge. 

Tables and chairs are included in hire and our bar & events staff set them up before your arrival. We are able to offer a self service hot drinks station for you and your guests as well as orders of handmade cakes made by our bakers on site just for your event. Our in house PA system allows you to control your party music from your very own phone.

Wake Hire

Here at Rowheath Pavilion, our Terrace Room is the perfect place to celebrate the life of your loved one.  

With the opportunity for external/self catering, access to a fully stocked and staffed bar and gorgeous grounds, Rowheath Pavilion is a 6 minute drive from Lodge Hill Cemetery & Crematorium with free on site parking for 120 cars. Our Terrace Room is fully accessible and we have a Changing Places toilet on site ready for use.

All tables and chairs are included with your hire and our staff will set the room up before your arrival based on a layout discussed with the Bookings Administrator beforehand. You are able to make use of our PA system, projectors and screens and microphone if needed.
